Box Office : 01524 594151
boxoffice@nuffieldtheatre.com

Online booking is now available from this site - see WHAT'S ON.

Box Office opening times are Mon - Fri, 12-4pm, and until the show on the evening of a performance. An answerphone operates outside these times - please leave your name and daytime telephone number and we will ring you back. Tickets are on sale on the door 1 hour before the performance (subject to availability).

Seating
Seating is not allocated, so you can sit where you like. If you want to be at the end of a row or at the front for access reasons, let us know when you book and we will reserve you a seat.

Ticket Prices and Concessions
Concessions are available for all performances. Contact the box office for eligibility. Proof of status may be required when booking Concession price tickets.

Patrons with disabilities are entitled to a free ticket for an accompanying escort if required.

Access
The Nuffield Theatre is accessible to wheelchair users and people with mobility issues. Wheelchair accessible toilets are situated in the foyer and there are disabled parking spaces close to the theatre (see map) with ramp access to the main entrance.

Our brochure is available in large-print format. Call or email the box office for a copy. Please let our Box Office know when booking tickets if you have any special access requirements.

Group Booking
Group bookings are entitled to one ticket free for every 10 tickets booked.

Schools
The Nuffield Theatre welcomes group bookings from schools. Shows are generally suitable for students aged 15+, but please call the box office (01524 594151) for details of specific productions. Tickets for students in full-time education are offered at the concession rate. Tickets for supervisory staff are free for groups of over 10 students (1 ticket per 10 students).

Visiting companies often provide information packs relating to their work that we can send to teachers on request.

Lancaster University has plenty of free parking after 6pm (see map). There is a 20mph speed limit on the perimiter road encircling the university (5mph outside the pre-school centre) and much of campus is a pedestrian only zone.

Post-show talks
The Nuffield Theatre often hosts post-show discussions. Students will have the chance to ask the artists about the work they have just seen, find out about the processes behind the show, and set it in a broader context. If you are interested in a post-show discussion for a particular performance, let us know and we will try to arrange it.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will not normally be made unless a performance has been cancelled. Tickets can be exchanged up to 3 working days before a performance (subject to availability).

Latecomers
If you arrive late you will be asked to wait until there is a suitable break in the show before we can let you into the theatre. The theatre reserves the right to refuse admission after a show has commenced.

Please note: While every effort is made to provide accurate information in our brochure and website, there may occasionally be last minute changes to the programme. Patrons are advised to check details with our Box Office when booking for an event.
